If a packet fails or you change your mind, you have 7 days to ask for the $5 back. No forms, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Reply to your purchase receipt or email support@proofer.work with the share link or the email address you used. We process refund requests within 1 business day.
Eligible
Any of these means you get a full refund within 7 days.
- Generation failed and you didn't receive a working PDF or share link
- The PDF is corrupted, blank, or contains the wrong embedded evidence
- The letter doesn't match the inputs you submitted
- You changed your mind within 7 days and haven't sent the packet to anyone
Not eligible
These cases aren't covered, but we'll still help where we can.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You sent the packet to a retailer, bank, or other party and now want a refund
- The recipient ignored or rejected your claim — that's a function of the underlying dispute, not the packet
- You uploaded the wrong evidence by mistake (regenerate is free; see below)
